- Position Overview The Collaborating Psychiatrist will provide clinical collaboration and oversight to Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in accordance with Georgia state regulations and protocol agreements.
- The role primarily involves periodic chart review, protocol oversight, and clinical consultation as needed.
Responsibilities
- Our team partners with skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities across multiple states to deliver high-quality psychiatric care to underserved populations.
- Enter into and maintain a Collaborative Practice Agreement / Nurse Protocol Agreement with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
Requirements
- Conduct periodic chart reviews and co-sign documentation as required by Georgia regulations.
- Participate in periodic protocol review and quality assurance activities as required by state guidelines.
