Responsibilities
- We have built a platform for advancing antibody drug programs from target to clinic, and we are using it to build our internal pipeline.
- We look for people with drive and energy.
- Partnering with engineering, scientific, and platform teams to modernize and optimize our IT infrastructure
- Building and improving standards for systems architecture and operations; you will use infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, and automation to improve service consistency and quality
- You have deep experience building and operating cloud (AWS) and on-prem infrastructure, and you've led technical projects end-to-end: shaping architecture, making pragmatic tradeoffs, and bringing others along
- You're a continuous learner who is curious about how things work end-to-end, interested in the science your work supports, and energized by an environment that's evolving
Compensation
- AbCellera's hiring range for this role is CAD $102,000 - $128,000 annually, commensurate with your education and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

- In addition to base salary, we offer equity, annual bonus dependent on team and company performance, and a 6% (non-match) RRSP contribution.
