About the role

Your role will involve creating a curriculum that inspires creativity, critical thinking, and an appreciation for the arts.
Participate in school-wide initiatives that promote student engagement and success Serve as an advisor for one crew and facilitate daily crew blocks.
Qualifications: Demonstrates an unwavering belief that all students can meet and exceed grade-level academic standards.

You'll also: Teach different electives, covering disciplines such as theater, music, dance, and visual arts Design and implement an engaging arts curriculum that uses various visual and performing art techniques.
Organize school-wide student performances and displays of student work to build community across students, staff, and families.

Bachelor's degree required.
Students can earn up to an associate degree for free, and the general studies associate degree from STCC means students enter as JUNIORS at any Massachusetts public college or university after high school graduation.

Keep in mind, the above range is the full base salary range for this position.
Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.

If hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
