Responsibilities

  • Cox Fleet is currently hiring a Mobile Technician Manager to join our Management Team to support the future growth of the Company.
  • Practices attentive and active listening; seeks to understand both employee and customer perspectives to drive better outcomes.
  • Builds strong relationships across all levels and functions; able to influence and collaborate effectively in a growth environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field.
  • The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience
  • a Ph.D. and one (1) years' experience in a related field
  • or 10 years' experience in a related field.
  • Safe drivers needed and 3 YR MVR review required
  • Due to interstate operating authority commerce regulations, candidates must be at least 21 years or older.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts and execute effectively in a fast-paced, evolving market environment.

Compensation

  • Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $89,400.00 - $134,000.00.
  • The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
