Responsibilities
- Hands-On Team Leadership: Lead the technical strategy for your team within the Growth organization, actively participating in the development lifecycle.
- You will lead by example, rolling up your sleeves to code, review, and architect solutions alongside your team.
- Growth Engineering Strategy: Partner with product management and data teams to define the technical roadmap for your domain's acquisition and retention goals. Ensure your team's output is built on modern, scalable architecture using React, TypeScript, and AWS.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high observability and stability standards. You are responsible for ensuring your domain's experiments and product features meet rigorous quality benchmarks, even as we accelerate delivery with AI tools.
- Communication: Ability to distill complex technical/AI-related trade-offs into actionable plans for leadership and cross-functional partners.
- We power global teams and believe diverse perspectives drive innovation and impact.
- Partner with product management and data teams to define the technical roadmap for your domain's acquisition and retention goals.
- Foster a collaborative in-person environment in our Palo Alto office (Mon-Wed) to build team cohesion and drive faster cross-functional problem solving.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to leverage LLM-integrated agents (specifically Claude Code) to improve software development lifecycle (SDLC) speed and code quality.
