- The Associate Strategy Executive plays a critical role in advancing MSIG USA's strategic priorities by supporting high-impact, cross-functional initiatives led by the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
Responsibilities
- Drive and support the development and execution of MSIG USA's mid- to long-term growth strategies.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable, measurable initiatives.
- Lead and support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across core functions, including Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Operations.
- Executive Support & Decision Enablement
- Identify organizational, operational, and execution gaps and develop recommendations to address them.
- Establish and maintain processes to support effective execution, monitoring, and reporting of strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7-10 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, management consulting, or a related field
- Experience working on cross-functional enterprise initiatives and interacting with senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion and professionalism in a senior executive environment

- Prior experience in or exposure to the insurance industry preferred.
Compensation
- The base pay range is $100-112K.
- Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
