About the role

Own Day-to-Day Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for TikTok Shop clients
maintain tight alignment on goals, performance, and account needs.
Drive Performance Execution: Partner with Strategy and Creator teams to manage product seeding, affiliate activation, campaign rollout, and in-platform optimizations.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal partners (Creative, Creator, Paid Media, Strategy) to ensure cohesive execution and strong client outcomes.
Account Expansion Support: Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to help leadership create upsell pathways and strengthen account value.
Own Day-to-Day Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for TikTok Shop clients; maintain tight alignment on goals, performance, and account needs.

You have 2-4 years in account management, influencer/social commerce, or performance marketing roles.
You have hands-on TikTok Shop experience (minimum 6-12 months) managing or supporting product, affiliate, or creator workflows.

Compensation Range: $105,000 - $132,000 base salary per year + performance bonus eligibility
This range represents the minimum and maximum compensation Darkroom reasonably and in good faith believes it would pay for this role at the time of posting.
Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses, equity, and benefits.

Many roles are fully remote.
Employees based in or near our New York or Lisbon HQs are expected to work hybrid with weekly in-office time.
Hub locations include the Brazil and Spain.
