About the role

  • Salary Range The pay range for this role is expected to be between $82,462 - 109,950 USD (annually).
  • Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location, certifications, licenses, business needs and the applicant's skill set.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business/ Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, operations, procurement, manufacturing, or program management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet), and ERP systems.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of ISO, REACH, RoHS, and related compliance frameworks
  • Experience with sustainability and circular economy practices in procurement.
  • Exposure to lean manufacturing and cost modeling techniques.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis skills.
  • Strong command of Sage ERP, Arena PLM, and Netstock ERP (highly preferred)
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally (up to 10%).
  • Other duties as assigned
