As the Senior Manager / Manager, Impact Reporting, you will support with informing and engaging our stakeholders through transparent and accurate Impact communications and reporting.
Define and deliver Aritzia's sustainability ambition
Drive successful communication and delivery of Impact information internally and externally
Proactively and reactively manage the success of the Impact Reporting execution
Translating North American ESG regulations (e.g., California climate rules, greenwashing regulations) and voluntary standards (e.g., SASB, ISSB) into disclosures that support decision-making

Sustainability Reporting in a retail, fashion, supply chain, or related industry
Data governance and analytics with complex data sets
Defining, measuring, and reporting on environmental and social impact performance

The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year.
Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
