About the role
- This position reports to the Practice Assistant Supervisor or Office Administrator.
- This salary range is based on market location.
Responsibilities
- Stoel Rives LLP has an immediate opening for a Construction and Design Practice Assistant in our Seattle office.
- This position provides legal and administrative support to attorneys in the Litigation and/or Real Estate/Construction and Design practice groups.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Electronic court filing experience required
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- At least 3 years of experience providing legal administrative support, preferably in the area of litigation and/or construction and design law.
- Certificate or college degree in administrative assistant, legal assistant/secretary, or paralegal program, or related field in lieu of one year of work experience.
- Familiarity with local state and federal court procedures and electronic court filing preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting preferred.
- Regular office hours are 8:30 - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $59,000 - $98,000; however, the base compensation presented to a candidate may vary based on skills and overall experience.
