Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility across multiple workstreams.
- Create customer journey maps and detailed acceptance criteria that guide design and development from concept through delivery.
- Partner with front-end and back-end developers, and product leadership, to sequence work, resolve trade-offs, and ensure technical feasibility.
- You possess a natural "owner" mindset with the initiative to identify pain points, shape feature ideas, and drive them from concept to completion.

Requirements
- You have a proven track record of turning ambiguous, high-level business requests into structured epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs that engineers can execute without constant back-and-forth.
- You are skilled at facilitating discovery and requirement-gathering sessions, and know how to ask the right questions to get to the real problem behind a stakeholder's request.
- You are comfortable with agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, refinement), and basic SQL literacy is an asset for validating data - though it is not the core focus of this role.
