About the role
- Our General Sales Manager is responsible for customer retention and profitability of the sales department, which includes New and Used vehicle sales, Finance, and Internet Sales.

Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to maintain sales profitability of New and/or Pre-Owned Vehicles
- Manage both New and Used Car Inventory
- Establish and maintain performance standards
Requirements
- Automotive leadership experience with increasing responsibility
- Proven success in managing sales and service staff and dealership inventories
- Must be able to lead by example
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of how the internet is driving our business
