About the role
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve skills and address performance issues.
- Forecast inventory needs and coordinate with purchasing to ensure adequate stock levels.
Responsibilities
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and optimize storage space.
- Manage outgoing shipments, preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with carriers.
- Identify areas for improvement within warehouse operations and implement process changes to increase productivity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
Requirements
- Must be employed with ZLINE for a minimum of 6 months to 1 year and must have managers approval to transfer*
Skills
- Identifying and resolving operational issues promptly
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software
