About the role

This team practices litigation and arbitration of complex insurance and commercial disputes and has litigated matters at the trial and appellate levels in both US state and federal courts.
The team focuses on renewable energy insurance, and has a robust market leading first-party property, marine, commercial general and excess liability and construction.
They have successfully represented US and foreign insurers in litigation involving high-value insurance coverage disputes relating to property damage and business interruption loss and product liability exposure.

Prepare pleadings, briefs and other litigation documents
Provide appeals and trial support
Has the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

Clyde & Co seeks an enthusiastic attorney with 4-6+ years of experience to join our New York office.
Has 4 -6+ years of litigation experience
Has the ability to simultaneously handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters.
Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required

Performance Bonuses - In addition to annual performance-based bonuses, our monthly bonus plan gives you the opportunity to earn up to $2,000 per month!
The salary range for this position in California is $185,000-$210,000.
