About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Manager, SMS & Quality Control to develop, administer, and continuously improve quality assurance programs, regulatory audits, risk assessments, and ISAGO compliance activities.
- Perform incident investigations and root cause analyses to identify contributing factors and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Partner with operational leaders to develop, implement, and monitor corrective action plans that address identified risks and compliance concerns.
- Develop, maintain, and update department manuals, policies, procedures, and other controlled documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Support cross-functional safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Maintain open and honest communication that creates an inclusive, engaging and high-performance culture that demonstrates McGee's values of Safety, Service, Integrity, Mutual Respect, Accountability and Pride.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support McGee's successful business operation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, assess risk, and develop practical solutions.

Requirements
- Team Members will be required to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge issued by the airport authority.
- Depending on the role you may also be required to obtain a US Customs seal and/or USPS security clearance.
- 3 or more years of experience in airline, aviation, airport operations, ground handling, safety, quality assurance, compliance, training, or a related operational environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required airport security badges, customs seals, and other applicable clearances.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation
- $80,169-$95,461/year
- Compensation is determined by several factors, including location, relevant experience, skill level, and internal equity.
- Opportunity to earn additional pay each quarter based on performance.
