About the role

  • This role is hybrid, but you must sit for the Colorado Bar (no UBE score transfer), and plan to reside within a reasonable commute to the office location.
  • Residency Program Details: After sitting for the Bar exam, Residency participants will join MFL to receive training in substantive family law and courtroom advocacy.
  • Residents will receive mentorship from the MFL Learning & Development department and legal teams, helping them successfully transition to an MFL Associate Attorney position upon passing the Bar.

Responsibilities

  • Complete training and develop skills in client conversion.
  • Proactively study, build confidence, ask questions, complete assignments, and prepare to handle client matters from start to finish upon completion of Residency.

Compensation

  • $66,560 (Resident) or $130,000 (Associate Attorney ).
  • Salary Range $66,560-$130,000.
  • This range is a reasonably reliable estimate of the salary that this individual is expected to receive.
