About the role

  • Conducts regular analyses of reimbursement rates and oversees coding activities.
  • Also, Oversees regularly scheduled Provider Chart audits.
  • Provide coding education and material to employees and physicians, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform chart audits on MSI physicians, which includes meeting with the physicians to report findings and recommendations.
  • Report findings and recommendations to MSI Administration and perform follow up audits as needed.
  • Provide assistance and advice for updating or developing charge ticket masters Assist Administration in monitoring the accounts receivables and identifying problems for the MSI groups.

Requirements

  • Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance,etc.
  • Equivalent to a four year college degree.
  • 5 years related experience and/or training.
  • 4 years related management experience.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
