- Develops and maintains a productive work relationship with Federal, State, County, and local agency representatives.
- Partners with the Training and Quality Assurance to identify training needs and provide guidance.
- Partners with the Psychiatry Department to ensure their services are integrated into the clinical treatment with the highest level of quality attainable. Actively participates in and engages in the development of a highly functioning Management Team.
- Availability by phone to provide support and assistance in problem resolution.

Requirements
- Experience with seriously emotionally disturbed children/adolescents required.
- License or Certification Valid CPR and First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Valid California Driver's License is required.
- Licensed as Registered Nurse if degree is in Nursing
- Master's degree in a Social Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent related field or Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- (5) years' full-time experience in a leadership role in a healthcare or social service setting.
- Acute, inpatient mental health care experience preferred.
Compensation
- Offering a salary that matches your skills and experience.
- 125000 - 155000 USD Per Year Working Location:
- Bakersfield, CA Working Hours/Shift:
- Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm
