Responsibilities

  • Use Salesforce to track major sales opportunities and develop and maintain the sales funnel and customer contacts.
  • Provide sales support for the sales team, including preparation of presentation materials and data collection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new customer solutions.
  • Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, and best practices.
  • Provide inside sales support for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and HVACR wholesaler customers assigned within the province of Quebec.
  • Identify potential new customers and develop strategies to grow business within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with HVACR experience, or a college or university degree/diploma in a technical or engineering discipline.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional proficiency in both French and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, and Sigma.

  • Développer une connaissance approfondie de l'ensemble des produits et solutions du portefeuille HVACR et Contrôles de Copeland.
  • Utiliser Salesforce pour assurer le suivi des principales occasions de vente, maintenir le pipeline des ventes et gérer les contacts clients.
  • Participer aux formations et événements de développement des produits, virtuellement ou en personne.
  • Jusqu'à quatre déplacements par année à Brantford ou à des événements de formation en territoire sont à prévoir.
  • Fournir un soutien aux ventes internes pour les fabricants d'équipement d'origine (OEM) et les grossistes HVACR assignés dans la province de Québec.
  • Fournir un soutien à l'équipe des ventes, notamment en préparant des présentations et en recueillant les données nécessaires.

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 CAD annually. Actual compensation will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • This position is also eligible for a target annual incentive opportunity equal to 45% of base salary, subject to the terms of the company's incentive plan.
  • Annually, there will be up to four in-person events in Brantford or customer training events within the assigned territory.
