About the role

  • You'll handle a variety of responsibilities including ticket and retail transactions, guest assistance, exhibit monitoring, and maintaining clean, organized areas.
  • This role routinely uses cleaning equipment such as mops, vacuums, and other cleaning tools.

Requirements

  • Experience with Vend POS or Google Drive
  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality, museum, or entertainment environments
  • The position requires repetitive movement, and the ability to kneel, crouch, reach, and grasp.

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-3 years of customer service or retail experience
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable learning and using POS systems and basic computer software
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or challenging situations
