About the role
- We're looking for a skilled and motivated Print Production Associate to join our production team at Johnson Printing - where craftsmanship meets creativity.
- The Print Production Associate is a hands-on role responsible for the end-to-end production of high-quality printed materials.
- You will operate digital presses, wide-format printers, and various bindery equipment to meet customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Set up, run, and maintain a digital HP Indigo press to produce brochures, business cards, and other small-format projects.
- Specific Job-Related Duties Digital Press Operation: Set up, run, and maintain a digital HP Indigo press to produce brochures, business cards, and other small-format projects.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs. (paper cases and large-format rolls).
- Experience with digital print workflows, RIP software, and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Acrobat and InDesign).
- Ability to set up and adjust bindery and finishing machinery.
- Desired Skills & Qualifications Technical Knowledge: Experience with digital print workflows, RIP software, and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Acrobat and InDesign).
- Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to set up and adjust bindery and finishing machinery.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and excellent time management to meet strict deadlines.
