Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain timely application processing systems.
- Develop and recommend new work methods and administrative policies/procedures to improve existing licensure processes.

- Skills or knowledge required:
- Office Assistant I, Office Assistant II, and Office Associate I.
Skills
- Knowledge of the Nursys National Database.
- Knowledge of the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Knowledge of the Agency License Management System (ALMS), including entering information, confirming information, and updating information.
- Knowledge of public relations techniques and ability to interact with the public.
- Knowledge of the Administrative Procedures Act.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to write clearly and effectively.
- Ability to identify and analyze issues, reach logical conclusions, and make sound decisions/recommendations.

Compensation
- Salary: $18.76-$27.03/Hour
