About the role
- This role may include travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements
- Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing education
Responsibilities
- Assist in performing fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution
- Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and facilitate overall business process discovery
- Work alongside Senior and Principal Consultants to implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business requirements
- Collaborate and work closely with in-house development team to implement custom solutions
- 60-minute video call with a MHI Team Lead, Delivery Manager, or Practice Manager
- Team Lead, Delivery Manager, or Practice Manager
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- Hands-on Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation Experience with involvement in 3-5 end-to-end engagements
- Willingness to develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements and dedicate time toward professional certifications

Compensation
- Career growth and upward mobility to meet your long-term career goals with mid-year and annual reviews scheduled on a recurring basis
- A reasonable estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - 135,000 USD.
- T otal compensation for this role also will include a quarterly incentive plan with the potential for an additional $5,000 to $100,000 per year.
- Salary ranges and incentive plans will differ in other countries in which MHI pays local currency.
