Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of new upcoming features and functionality, within Prime's HR information systems landscape, and partner with Product Owners to provide recommendations for uptake
- Provide consultation and technical support to other HRIS Analysts
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED is required
- 5 years of work experience supporting HR information systems (e.g., Workday, Ceridian, Ultipro), including at least 2 years of experience with Workday configuration
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Nice to have
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (e.g., Macros, pivot tables, advanced charts/graphs, conditional formatting, data tables, basic programming) and PowerPoint functionality
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to all levels within the organization
- Experience with building/supporting Workday integrations
- Demonstrated experience implementing effective HR functional solutions leveraging technology
- HR information system upgrade or implementation experience

Skills
- Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000.00 - $138,000.00 based on experience and skills.
Compensation
- This position will help ensure continuity and ongoing support for our Compensation and Leaves function within Workday, while partnering with HR to deliver enhancements on our roadmap.
