Senior HRIS Analyst - Workday (Remote) Job Description

Maintain knowledge of new upcoming features and functionality, within Prime's HR information systems landscape, and partner with Product Owners to provide recommendations for uptake
Provide consultation and technical support to other HRIS Analysts

HS diploma or GED is required
5 years of work experience supporting HR information systems (e.g., Workday, Ceridian, Ultipro), including at least 2 years of experience with Workday configuration
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (e.g., Macros, pivot tables, advanced charts/graphs, conditional formatting, data tables, basic programming) and PowerPoint functionality
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to all levels within the organization
Experience with building/supporting Workday integrations
Demonstrated experience implementing effective HR functional solutions leveraging technology
HR information system upgrade or implementation experience

Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000.00 - $138,000.00 based on experience and skills.

This position will help ensure continuity and ongoing support for our Compensation and Leaves function within Workday, while partnering with HR to deliver enhancements on our roadmap.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
