About the role
- This team is based in the Atlanta, GA area & all work from home, but come into the Atlanta (Sandy Springs) office as needed for team & client meetings.
- The team works hard & plays hard; their teamwork & culture is a huge part of their success.
- They work on all lines of commercial insurance and their specialty is 100% working with sports-related clients and is a mix of professional sport teams, franchises, organizations, and amateur sport teams and organizations as well.
Responsibilities
- Maintains client files in appropriate systems
- prepares billing and provides standard office/administrative support.
- Consistently establishes and maintains high levels of trust and confidence with clients by initiating introductions, through periodic contacts, and by promptly responding and resolving client questions and issues
Requirements
- High attention to detail, and the ability to learn and understand software systems quickly.
- REQUIRED: At least 2+ years of commercial insurance account management experience AND a current property & casualty license.
Benefits
- Assists clients with policy coverage, exclusions and related questions and assists Producers in servicing clients.
- Services client accounts with oversight of Producers or Account Executives, which includes research/analysis and handling of client questions on coverage and other policy/contractual issues.
- Inform and educate clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusions, and insurance coverage needs.
- Assist clients in making coverage changes
