Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing maintenance/updates of essential proposal components, i.e., resumes, project experience, case studies, bonding capacity, insurance limits.
- Create project profiles upon project completion.
- Perform continuous maintenance/updating of project database and all project pursuit tracking systems.
- Maintain marketing collateral and swag item inventory.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in A/E/C industry marketing
- Expertise in contemporary proposal layout
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline intensive environment.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Writing and page layout samples will be requested at candidate interviews.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
