About the role
- As our products scale in complexity to meet our accelerating business and expanding product lines, our business and technology process management practices need to scale with it.
Responsibilities
- Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible transformation & operational programs in service of our team's mission to deliver honest financial products that improve lives
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the company to drive alignment on strategy, priorities, and key decisions.
- Implement lean processes and drive towards better ways of working to realize value from planning, ask questions that clarify priorities and push the team to be effective, and build a culture of continuous iteration and improvement
- Establish and run data-driven operational frameworks to view portfolio performance against OKRs, accelerate value realization by enabling right investment decisions, influence and train teams on more effective ways of working, and create excitement around change to increase adoption
- Develop communication strategies to ensure critical information flows seamlessly across the organization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to plan change requirements, identify risks, manage dependencies, and establish tools and forums to drive clarity and efficiency
- Strong stakeholder management with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Affirmers in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned Affirm office.
