About the role

Position Overview The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Project Management Manage multiple projects from award through final delivery.
Develop project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
Manage customer expectations regarding schedule, deliverables, and project changes.
Support continuous improvement of project planning processes.
Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate project documentation.
Maintain project records within ERP and project management systems.
Support implementation of standardized project management practices.

3-5 years of Project Management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of engineering drawings, manufacturing workflows, and production scheduling.
Experience with Business Central, SAP, Epicor, or similar ERP platforms.

Track project milestones and communicate changes to stakeholders.
