About the role
- The Commercial Account Manager - Print serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, responsible for driving strategic growth and managing complex customer relationships within the commercial segment.
- In this role, you will apply deep industry and solution knowledge to address sophisticated business challenges, shaping tailored approaches that align with customer needs and organizational goals.
- You will also play a role in guiding best practices, contributing to strategic initiatives, and supporting the development of others through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
- Builds growth opportunities using the account planning process
- actively manages planning process through scheduled reviews and updates.
- Extensive time working with and leveraging external partners to deliver solution sale.
- Develops business plan in conjunction with customer.
- Maintains high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity, as indicated in HP-conducted surveys and reports.
- Enters all opportunities in pipeline tool and updates them weekly. Recommends and Implements industry leading Pipeline management practices.
- Ability to implement margin recovery activities/strategies.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in customer relationship management, account management, or a related field.
- Operating with a high degree of independence, you will navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions across a range of variables to achieve business outcomes.

- Experience in product specialty (computers, printers, servers, storage) preferred.

Compensation
- The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $195,450 to $308,000 USD annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix.
- There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
- Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Responsible for achieving/managing quarterly, half yearly, annual quota and/or margin.
