Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Must be based in the Los Angeles area
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced business environment, be a driven contributor and work effectively and collaboratively with team members.

Nice to have
- 4+ years in Social Media Marketing or equivalent experience preferred
- Skincare and/or beauty industry background preferred

- Our total compensation philosophy offers every full-time new hire competitive pay and benefits, bonus eligibility (200% of target over the last seven fiscal years), equity, flexible time off, year-round half-day Fridays, and a hybrid 3 day
