Responsibilities
- CWK) is a global leader in real estate services, leveraging our specialized expertise to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional value to owners and occupiers.
- Support prompt collection of management fees and reimbursements to overhead
- Maintain interface with third-party owners, ensuring total contract compliance, and accurate and timely reporting
- Perform regular property inspections with staff
- Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
- Ability to effectively manage a team of professionals, including both employees and vendors
Requirements

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to travel from floor to floor, climb stairs, and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE
