The Cook II efficiently prepares and serves meals for daily service and catered events according to menu and recipe guidelines.
Prepares meal ingredients, including washing, peeling, cutting, and assembling food items.

One (1) year culinary experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Working knowledge of kitchen and food safety.
Ability to work quickly and effectively with others.
Travel Required: No
This role must adhere to a professional and courteous demeanor with the ability to interact with guests on a regular basis.
Provides accurate meal descriptions to guests with continued knowledge of menu.
Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.
Strong knife skills.
Strong communication skills.
Treats all team members with respect and courtesy.
Strong customer focus.
Ability and willingness to shift into any kitchen position when needed.
Base Salary: $21.50 - $22.50 per hour
