About the role

  • Role Summary Global X Management Company LLC ("Global X") is seeking an AVP, Research Operations to join the Research Team.
  • The role is responsible for the operational infrastructure that enables the Research Team to produce and distribute high-quality content efficiently and consistently.
  • Our product lineup features a wide range of ETF strategies and $78.1 billion in assets under management.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational infrastructure supporting the Research Team, including publication workflows, calendars, documentation, and operating procedures.
  • Manage the end-to-end publication process for research content, coordinating with Compliance and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain research resources, templates, trackers, and reference materials, ensuring information remains accurate and current.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between the Research Team and partner teams across the firm.
  • Manage the Research Team's website presence and internal content resources.
  • Lead operational projects and identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and support the team's continued growth.
  • This role owns the team's publication processes, operational workflows, and project management, serving as the primary liaison with Compliance, Legal, and other internal partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of operations, project management, or business management experience, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience improving processes and implementing operational best practices.
  • Experience with project management, collaboration, and content management tools such as Asana, Adobe Acrobat, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional workflows involving multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
  • Proven ability to maintain accuracy, consistency, and sound operational judgment across complex, deadline-driven work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Compensation Range:
  • $130,000-$140,000 plus annual bonus
