About the role

  • The Contracts Administrator plays a key administrative role within the Legal and Business Affairs function of the company.
  • This role is responsible for drafting contracts, managing the end-to-end processing of contracts, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining contract records.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update contract records in our contracts management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with publishing contracts and knowledge of intellectual property rights.
  • Prior work experience in a publishing or media company.

Skills

  • Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with contract management systems or databases.

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: 60,100.00 - 68,700.00
