Responsibilities
- Manage scientific team responsible for delivery of a full range of strategic publication focus
- Develop and grow publication work partnering with VPs of scientific and client services and managing directors
- Identify and develop strategic and tactical business recommendations relevant to client strategy and marketplace needs
- Develop / lead / facilitate key strategy workshops

- Track record of successful scientific leadership across several clients/therapeutic categories
- Some travel will be required

- This is an excellent opportunity to help shape the department and grow the publication team and business.
- The right individual must have strong work experience in the publication space (peer-to-peer experience preferred) with a focus on oncology.
- Global experience is a plus
- US launch experience required

- The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.

- PhD, PharmD, MD with 10+ years of experience of relevant medical communications experience, with an in-depth understanding of publication oncology work
