About the role

Logistics: BlueCross BlueShield of S outh C arolina.
You will work an 8-hour shift scheduled during our normal business hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM.

We also have a diverse family of subsidiary companies, allowing us to build on various business strengths.
Independently performs advanced statistical analyses using Python, SAS, and SQL, leveraging data mining methodologies to create routine and ad hoc reporting across complex datasets.
Designs, develops, and maintains high‑quality Tableau dashboards and data visualizations, translating analytical results into structured narrative reports that clearly communicate insights, quantify trends, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
Develops complex sampling design and/or execution methodology for sample selection.
Participates in writing of articles suitable for internal/external publication to support departmental efforts. May assume a leadership role in this activity.
Computer systems support knowledge

Bachelor's or Master's degree Statistics/Biostatistics, mathematics, computer science, or other job-related field
Ability to use complex mathematical calculations
Demonstrated knowledge of mathematical or statistical concepts
Five years of experience with statistical practices.
Proficiency in SAS, Python and SQL.

Prepares charts, illustrations, and other graphics and narrative reports to identify and explain patterns and trends.
Strong organizational, customer service, and analytical skills
Relevant computer programming skills
Five years statistical software and relational database experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills
