About the role

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electronic and AV equipment.
  • Support warehouse operations to ensure equipment is prepared and delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles and production equipment.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1-3 years of experience in audio visual production, electronics repair, live events, technical support, or a related field.
  • Experience preparing, troubleshooting, and operating professional audio visual equipment.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair electronic equipment and mechanical systems.
  • Experience supporting trade shows, corporate meetings, conferences, or live events.
  • Familiarity with professional AV systems and production workflows.
  • Experience working in warehouse, production, or event environments.
  • Gain hands-on experience with professional audio visual technology.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize work and perform well under the pressure of live event deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice to have

  • Associate degree or technical certification preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
