About the role

Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electronic and AV equipment.
- Support warehouse operations to ensure equipment is prepared and delivered on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production environment.
- Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles and production equipment.
Requirements
- Approximately 1-3 years of experience in audio visual production, electronics repair, live events, technical support, or a related field.
- Experience preparing, troubleshooting, and operating professional audio visual equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and repair electronic equipment and mechanical systems.
- Experience supporting trade shows, corporate meetings, conferences, or live events.
- Familiarity with professional AV systems and production workflows.
- Experience working in warehouse, production, or event environments.
- Gain hands-on experience with professional audio visual technology.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to prioritize work and perform well under the pressure of live event deadlines.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Nice to have
- Associate degree or technical certification preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
