Responsibilities
- Own the monthly international payroll cycle for the UK, Spain, India, and China, working with in-country
- Partner with HR on payroll data, personnel changes, and monthly headcount reporting.
- Own payroll tax compliance, including filings, notices, state registrations, and workers' compensation returns.
- Support external audit requests and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of payroll practices and multi-state tax and wage laws
- experience with multi-jurisdiction sales
- Experience with ADP and NetSuite is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment, prioritize tasks across multiple

- Experience administering sales commission or incentive compensation plans is preferred.

Compensation
- The expected salary for this full-time position is $130,000 to $155,000.
