- Alcon is looking to hire a Senior Associate, Digital Product Management - Digital Health team member.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the PM to deliver features aligned to the Data & Analytics product roadmap, staying in sync on daily team priorities.
- Help define and track key performance metrics, engage with internal customers for feedback and user needs, and drive continuous product improvements.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of digital products, analytics, GenAI
- Fluency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Tableau
- Experience working in a digital product team role within a matrix organization
- What You'll Bring to Alcon:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience
