About the role
- As a Patient Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients both in person and over the phone.
- You'll play a vital role in scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and manage inbound calls (answered by third ring)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the patient waiting area
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Ability to adapt quickly and travel between practice sites as needed

- Determine patient eligibility for financial assistance programs and obtain required documentation
- Required Skills and
- Knowledge of medical office practices required
- At least two (2) years of experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting preferred
- Basic computer literacy and accuracy in data entry
