About the role
- This position is critical for production of granulated diamond bonds to be used in diamond segment manufacturing.
- SHIFT: First shift - 2:30 - 11:00 p.m., Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays RESPONSIBILITIES: Mix metal powder/binder/solvent.
- Troubleshoot and recommend corrective actions for process anomalies.
Responsibilities
- Build-up diamond coating and screen coated diamonds.
- Maintain general knowledge and familiarity with manufacturing equipment operation.
- COMPETENCIES: Maintain high level of attention to detail Work cooperatively within team environment Follow established guidelines and processes in a precise manner CRITICAL FUNCTIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Solid knowledge of basic industrial math.

Requirements
- Solid basic math skills required.
Skills
- Solid knowledge of basic industrial math.
- Working knowledge of the metric system of weights and measurements.
- Working knowledge of diamond and design elements.
- Working knowledge of precision balance for weight measurement.
