Our trading team generates alpha for clients across
scientific, fundamental and index products.
BlackRock is a pioneer of using quantitative techniques and sophisticated models to improve the performance of its Securities Lending business.

support businesses small and large; finance infrastructure projects that connect and power cities; and facilitate innovations that drive progress.
We partner with portfolio managers to optimize returns through a variety of trade types.
Our traders implement a critical role in relation to alpha generation and cost minimization for scientific, fundamental and index products.
Actively build and implement trading strategies based on analysis of companies, sectors, and market variables. You will deliver market leading returns in a risk aware and controlled manner.

Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.

2+ years of prior experience in Fixed Income / Securities Lending / Financing markets / Repo is preferred.
Proficiency with Excel and experience in one or more of
SQL, Python, VBA, Business Objects is strongly preferred.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$116,000.00 - USD$155,000.00.
