- Position Overview The Proposals & Marketing Manager is the operational backbone of CP Engineers' sales and marketing function.
- Proposal & Pursuit Coordination The most critical and time-sensitive function of this role.
- Marketing Systems & Administration A fast-growing firm needs its marketing infrastructure to work.
Responsibilities
- This is not a passive support role.
- The right candidate is organized without being rigid, detail-oriented without losing the bigger picture, and comfortable working fast in a firm that is building its systems in real time.
- The coordinator manages the mechanics of every proposal so nothing falls through.
- This role owns the day-to-day upkeep of the tools and data that support sales.
- Brand & Content Execution Supports the firm's external presence with consistent, professional content that reflects CP's technical credibility and market positioning.
- Events & Industry Outreach Manages the logistics of trade shows, conferences, and client-facing events so leadership can focus on relationship-building.
- Support for employee work/life balance.
Compensation
- $90,000-$130,000 (commensurate with experience) Key Responsibilities 1.
