About the role

  • Play a vital role in Guidepoint's success.
  • Guidepoint is seeking an entrepreneurial and outgoing individual to spearhead coverage of our Insights expert call and transcript library product for our Corporate Healthcare client base.
  • As a liaison for our clients and salespeople, you will play a pivotal role in driving engagement and revenue growth within the rapidly expanding Insights product line.

Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized engagement plans for each client depending on therapeutic areas of focus, ongoing clinical trials of interest, and competing companies to effectively market Insights content
  • Lead renewal conversations, pricing discussions, and commercial engagements in partnership with internal teams
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by expanding client usage of the Insights platform
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build C-level relationships

Nice to have

  • 6+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, or consultative sales
  • Proven track record managing renewals and negotiating contracts
  • Demonstrated success driving upsell and cross-sell revenue
  • Experience managing mid-sized to large B2B client portfolios
  • Comfortable conducting in-person client meetings
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and highly accountable

Compensation

  • $100,000 - $120,000 USD
  • Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location.
  • The annual base salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000.
