About the role
- Floyd College of Medicine (ESFCOM) at Washington State University is seeking a Regional Associate Dean to serve on the WSU Spokane Regional campus.
- The Regional Associate Dean position is within the College of Medicine Office of Educational Affairs and reports to the Vice Dean for Educational and Faculty Affairs.

- Required Qualifications for all Candidates:
Nice to have
- Clinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or emergency medicine
- At least 5 years of precepting experience
- Experience with LCME accreditation and participation in survey visits

Compensation
- The base salary range is commensurate with qualifications, track and rank determination.
- Compensation at 100% FTE is as follows:
- Associate Rank: $245,190 - $255,190 | Commensurate with qualifications
- Full Professor Rank: $269,709 - $279,709 | Commensurate with qualifications
- While serving as Associate Dean, this position will be eligible for an administrative stipend of $30,000 to be renewed annually.
- In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position.
