About the role
- This position will work with hiring managers to fill company needs through screening and selecting qualified personnel amongst a wide pool of potential applicants and networks.

Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruiting process for all roles, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer support
- Manage candidate experience and logistics, including interview scheduling, communication, and providing a smooth, engaging process from start to finish
- Partner with hiring teams to align on role needs, support intake meetings, and help guide hiring decisions
- Track and manage candidate pipelines & requisitions, ensuring data is accurate and progress aligns with recruiting goals and KPIs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders
- You enjoy building relationships and collaborating across teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools
- You are highly organized and thrive in execution-heavy environments
- You are proactive and solutions-oriented
Nice to have
- AEC recruiting experience preferred
