  • Position Summary As the Operations Training Coordinator, you will impact PSA Airlines' business growth through the development of Pilot and Flight Attendant trainings.
  • In scheduling trainings, preparing files, arranging travel, and entering data you will aid in providing complete, compliant training that will ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Monitor all travel logistics for Pilot and Flight Attendant trainees.
  • Adjust trainee travel as necessary.
  • Plan and execute Pilot and Flight Attendant trainees training schedules in Comply and CrewTrac and MINT.
  • Reschedule as necessary.
  • Proactively identifies instructor gaps in training operations.
