Position Summary As the Operations Training Coordinator, you will impact PSA Airlines' business growth through the development of Pilot and Flight Attendant trainings.
In scheduling trainings, preparing files, arranging travel, and entering data you will aid in providing complete, compliant training that will ensure safe and efficient operations.
Monitor all travel logistics for Pilot and Flight Attendant trainees.
Adjust trainee travel as necessary.
Plan and execute Pilot and Flight Attendant trainees training schedules in Comply and CrewTrac and MINT.
Reschedule as necessary.
Proactively identifies instructor gaps in training operations.
