Responsibilities
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Performs required preventative maintenance.
- performs required quality checks
Nice to have
- 3 years previous machine operating or production experience in a team environment preferred
- Average to above average mechanical ability helpful
- Communication is primarily with other bindery workers and facility management.
- Operator has the latitude to kill-out orders that need to be reprocessed due to defects in the printing or binding processes.
- Prioritization and selection of jobs to maximize workflow while balancing meeting the rush and service commitments and goals.

- Completes the production process for printed material by operating bindery equipment including Folio, Cutter, Drill, Perforator or Padder.
- Work is typically routine although some discretion may be allowed.
