About the role
- Provides quality respiratory care to patients from the neonate to the adult and families in accordance with established policies and procedures under the direction and supervision of a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
- Allays fears and explains procedures and treatments to patient in an age appropriate manner.
- Demonstrates competency and functions utilizing appropriate judgment in all patient settings.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Currently enrollment in the second year of a CoARC approved program in Respiratory Therapy required
- Incumbents must transition out of this role within 90 days of graduation required
- Prefer experience with computer skills required
- Ability to stand and walk for up to eighty percent of work time when performing job assignments.
