About the role
- This position requires precision, speed, consistency, and full adherence to all rules established by the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control (DCC).
- Accurately weigh cannabis flower into final retail pouches in 2.83g and 14.15g increments using calibrated scales.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality control checks on packaged goods to ensure accuracy in weight, labeling, seal integrity, and overall presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure packaging environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout shift.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain required Ohio cannabis employee credentials.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
- The role involves repetitive tasks and requires the ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods.
Nice to have
- Previous packaging, production, manufacturing, or cannabis industry experience preferred.
